Building a custom home gives you the opportunity to make your own design choices including some of the following:
- Flooring types – tile, hardwoods, carpet
- Custom lighting fixtures
- Tile or stone fireplaces
- Many choices of cabinetry – oak, cherry, maple, hickory and more
- Exterior design – vinyl siding, hardiplank, stucco or stone
- Vinyl or wood windows in many color options
- Spaces designed to meet your needs
Standard features include: cable and phone jacks in all bedrooms, decorative ceilings (trays, vaults), arched doorways and rounded corner bead.
Warranty
Patterson Homes provides a one year door to door warranty on your new home. Home owners are given a warranty manual that includes all of your product literature and extended warranties, a copy of your purchase agreement, and emergency phone numbers as well as other valuable information. We will review the warranty program with you at the final walk through. If you have any problems after you move in, we will work with you to make things right.
